Laura Williams, a diet and fitness expert, noted physical activity will "tone and firm trouble spots" and so women need to be willing to put in the work at the gymnasium.
She added both good nutrition and working out are effective at "helping the body shed fat stores".
People are much better off setting themselves a goal over a period of time, rather than trying to do everything last minute.
Ms Williams continued by saying individuals have a "better chance" of looking how they want to if they have been "working on [their] diet and exercise routine for a couple of months beforehand".
Bridges, kickbacks, squats, lunges and deadlifts are the best exercises for ladies looking to firm up their bottoms as they engage the gluteal muscles, she stated.
